These terms of service apply to the use of the Solven platform and related services. By creating an account or using Solven, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions
“Solven”: Solven Systems, Chamber of Commerce 66754755. “Customer”: the company taking out an account. “Service”: the Solven platform and related services. “User”: a person with access on behalf of the Customer.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, agreements and use of the Service. Deviations apply only if agreed in writing.
3. The service and the licence
Solven grants the Customer, for the term, a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with the chosen plan. The Customer is responsible for lawful use by its Users.
4. Account and security
The Customer keeps account data accurate and login credentials confidential. The Customer is responsible for activity that takes place via its account.
5. Pricing and payment
Current prices are on the pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT. Invoicing follows the agreed period; payment is made via the offered payment methods.
6. Term and cancellation
The agreement starts with a free trial and then continues as a subscription that can be cancelled monthly, unless agreed otherwise in writing. You can cancel via the dedicated function in the app or via info@solvensystems.nl.
7. Availability
Solven strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a separate SLA has been agreed. Maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
8. Liability
Solven’s liability is limited as set out in these terms and, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount the Customer paid to Solven in the twelve months before the event causing the damage. Solven is not liable for indirect damage.
9. Intellectual property
All rights to the Service rest with Solven or its licensors. The Customer retains all rights to the data it enters into the Service.
10. Data processing
To the extent that Solven processes personal data on behalf of the Customer when providing the Service, the data processing agreement applies, which forms part of the agreement.
11. Changes
Solven may amend these terms. Material changes are communicated in advance. If you continue to use the Service, the amended terms apply.
12. Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Midden-Nederland.
